Rare Shenandoah Valley Slip-Decorated Redware Bowl, attributed to Henry Adam, Hagerstown, MD, early 19th century, decorated with alternating straight and wavy lines of green and cream-colored slip. Slip-decorated design at the center of a circular flowerhead or sun. Attributed by H.E. Comstock to Henry Adam of Hagerstown. Rim chips and glaze wear. H 2 1/4" ; Diameter 12 1/2".
